Another step complete!

I slathered the mod podge on like a layer of frosting on a cake, should make the skirts/capes/panels nice and sturdy. Now I just need to paint the other side, slather on more mod podge, and cut them out. Then glue them onto the bodies… And do any touch ups. Actually there are quite a few steps left.
